Puppy reservation terms

1. How reservation works

1. Conversation (phone, WhatsApp or Messenger) — we learn about your expectations and the future home.
2. After approval, the reservation is confirmed by an earnest deposit of PLN 1,000.
3. Puppy pickup is available from 10 weeks of age, upon signing a written sales contract.

2. Earnest deposit (Polish Civil Code)

The amount of PLN 1,000 is an earnest deposit (zadatek) under Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code (not a mere advance payment).

• The deposit is credited toward the puppy’s purchase price.
• If the Buyer cancels for reasons on the Buyer’s side, the Seller may keep the deposit.
• If the Seller fails to perform for reasons on the Seller’s side, the Buyer may demand return of twice the deposit — or withdraw and demand return of the deposit (Art. 394 CC), unless the parties agree otherwise in the contract.
• If the agreement is terminated by mutual consent, the deposit is as a rule returned, unless the parties agree otherwise.

3. Contract and pickup

At pickup a written sales contract is signed. It includes GDPR clauses and detailed sale terms. The Buyer receives ABKC registration papers, health documentation (health booklet or passport) and a puppy pack — as agreed in the contract.

Puppies leave no earlier than 10 weeks of age.

4. Availability

Reservation concerns a specific litter / spot as agreed in the conversation (e.g. gender preference). Availability depends on pregnancy and litter outcome. Current info: Litters.

5. Transport

Transport (including abroad) is arranged individually. Veterinary documents and destination-country rules may limit timing or form of travel.

6. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, and by the individual sales contract. In case of conflict, the signed contract prevails.
