Privacy Policy

1. What data we process

In connection with enquiries and puppy reservations we may process: name, phone number, e-mail address, message content (WhatsApp, Messenger, e-mail, phone), puppy preferences, and data needed to conclude a sales contract (provided during reservation / in the contract).

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Contact and reservation — steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Legal obligations — e.g. sales records, tax requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Legitimate interest — handling enquiries, defending claims, communication security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Detailed GDPR clauses are also included in the written sales contract signed at puppy pickup.

3. Recipients

Data may be shared with providers of tools you use to contact us or that the website uses:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook) — when you write via those channels,
• Google (embedded Maps, Google Fonts) — technical data such as IP address,
• website hosting provider,
• where necessary: veterinarian, transporter, public authorities — only as required.

4. Cookies and third-party tools

This site does not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels. It loads Google Fonts and a Google Maps embed — your browser may connect to Google servers. We do not set our own profiling cookies. WhatsApp/Messenger are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Retention

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and reservation; if a contract is concluded, for periods required by law (including tax) and until potential claims are time-barred. Afterwards data are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability (where applicable), and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Voluntary provision

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for contact, reservation and concluding a contract.
